GROUP LESSONS LENGTH
For those who want to develop their skills in cross-country skiing, we offer during week 52-1 and week 6-9 group lessons for beginners, continuation and those who want to practice technique in classic style.
Beginners - For those who are complete beginners. We practice balance, weight transfer and moving forward in the different gears. Diagonal, staking with offset, uphill and downhill.
Continuation - For those of you who have skied a little and want to develop your technique to get better flow in your skiing. We practice weight transfer, gliding phase and balance in riding and getting fluency between the different gears.
Technique Pass - For those who have skied a little cross-country before but want to brush up on their technique in order to have more skiing fun in the track and venture out onto the mountain.
