The Guest Center, which opened for the 2023 winter season, is now the hub for smooth and modern guest services in Lofsdalen. The building consists of three floors of approximately 1,000 square meters each and gathers everything you need for your stay.
On the entrance floor, you’ll find a sports shop, ski rental, reception for ski school and skipasses, key pickup, and tourist information. From here, you can easily take the conveyor belt down to the basement level, which houses over 120 ski storage lockers—so-called ski lockers—equipped with boot, glove, and helmet dryers. On the same floor, you’ll also find the ski rental workshop with a modern tuning machine, storage areas, and guest restrooms.
At the top of the building are offices, meeting rooms, and staff facilities for employees of Lofsdalen’s mountain resort operations and Destination Lofsdalen.

SKI RENTAL AND
FIRST CLASS SKI SERVICE
You don't need your own skis to enjoy an active holiday in Lofsdalen. Rent all the equipment you need for both distance and downhill on site with us!
In the Guest Centre's new rental you will find a wide range, where you can rent modern and newly serviced equipment, either in packages or as individual items.
In addition to a new large rental, you will be able to service your equipment in Wintersteiger's flagship - Jupiter, a fully automatic ski grinder developed for the entire spectrum of requirements and all types of equipment such as cross-country, alpine and snowboard.

For slalom skiing and snowboarding, we offer three different levels of service, bronze, silver or gold. For cross-country skiing, we offer a level.

SPORTSHOP
In the sports shop, you’ll find everything you need for a mountain holiday. Warm clothing, gloves, and ski equipment for both alpine and cross-country skiing.
A handpicked selection for sports and outdoor life, and this winter we’re happy to present an even wider range.
The shop also offers Lofsdalen’s own merchandise, such as Lofsdalen sweaters, cushion covers, beanies, and Loffe teddy bears.
Let the knowledgeable staff in the sports shop help you navigate helmets, goggles, and gloves. Spending your days in the mountains becomes so much more enjoyable with the right, high-quality gear.
PRESENTKORT
Ge bort en gåva som passar alla fjällälskare. I Gästcentret kan du köpa presentkort som kan användas i sportshopen, skidskolan, skiduthyrningen, för skipass och för skidslipning.
Presentkortet är giltigt i två år och hela beloppet behöver användas vid samma köptillfälle.
Tips: Vid större summor, köp flera presentkort så kan mottagaren använda dem vid olika tillfällen.
