Challenging, technical trail with a lot of stones, as nature looks in Lofsdalen before digging. Very difficult bike trail.

Start at Krockodilen and then turn left and follow the signs for Hard rock. Hard rock ends at the windbreaks at the heart.

The trail runs along an old path, so here we share the trail with hikers. Hikers always have priority, wait in and let pass.
