Ski Lodge 1125 is going to offer 10 apartments for rent, with ski in ski out, bike in bike out and walking distance to a lot of activities, restaurants, play grounds etc. Each apartment is 145 sqm and 12+2 beds. The first apartments are ready to receive it's first guest in December 2019.
- The location for Ski Lodge 1125 couldn't be better. From the apartments you have all activities just around the corner. Ski in ski out during winter, bike in bike out during summer, restaurants and activity house etc, says Lotta Forsman Byström who owns this project with her husband Staffan Byström.
Lofsdalen is an all year destination with one of Swedens largest vertical fall for skiing during winter and several great activities such as downhill biking, bear watching etc attracting visitors during summer. The destination i continiously expanding and new investments are made. Lotta says that this is the reason for their choice to invest in Lofsdalen:
- The closeness to nature fits visitors of every age. The fact that we've had a cabin here for several years ourselves gives us a great insight of what attracts visitors here and we are cinfident that they will find our lodging attractive.
Lotta and Staffans vision is to offer a modern and luxurious lodging with a cosy atmosphere. The materials are hand picked and the apartments will have stone and wooden floors. Timbered walls, large windows and a terrace heading south. Three bath rooms, a sauna, two living rooms and four bedrooms in eaxh apparment makes your mountain holiday spaciouse even if you are two or three familys living together.
The six first apartments will be ready for christmas and the rest will be finished during the winter.
