Strandbacken 13 is a new house with a high standard of 250 sqm. The house is completely newly built and modernly furnished with 11 beds. The house has a total of five bedrooms, where one bedroom has a bunk bed, the remaining has double beds / two single beds. The bedrooms are spacious and there is good storage.

The kitchen and living room are open plan with generous space and high ceilings. The kitchen has induction hob, built in hot air oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer. The living room with a sofa group with a fantastic view through generous windows. The living room is 5 m up to the roof top and is equipped with TV.

On the upper floor / loft there is another living room with sofa and TV, as well as bedrooms.

In the house there are two bathrooms both with shower and toilet as well as a toilet upstairs.
In one of the bathrooms there is a washing machine and dryer and in the other bathroom there is a sauna.

Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Your accommodation is available from 8am. 15.00 day of arrival, until 10.00 11.00 departure day.
If you have booked the final cleaning, check-out is no later than 09.00.

If you have not ordered cleaning, you will follow cleaning instructions in the arrival envelope before departure.
Final cleaning can be ordered for a fee, on tel. 0680-413 50 and must be pre-booked.

Consumable materials such as toilet paper and the like are not included in the rent.
