Lofsdalen Skybar

leaseholder is searched for restaurants in Lofsdalen

Now there is an excellent opportunity for you, a person with dreams of the mountains and thriving restaurant businesses. Right now, Lofsdalens Fjällanläggningar is looking for a new leaseholder for four unique restaurants with a top location in Lofsdalens ski area. It is about Lofsdalen Skybar with Europe's highest-lying whiskey store, Restaurang HovÄrken, Aktivitetshuset and Café Värmestugan.

Lofsdalen is a mountain resort with year-round activities that are in an expansive position with an increased number of visitors each year. Lofsdalens Fjällanläggningar are now looking for a new leaseholder who wants to become a part of our continued growth and product development. During the summer of 2019, an expansion of Lofsdalen Skybar with champagne bar and Sweden's highest wine cellar is planned.

Restaurang Hovärken

At the foot of the ski slope is popular HovÄrken. Here's the day's lunch and a la carte. In the evening there are excellent opportunities for live bands and dance floors.

Café Värmestugan

A bit down the ski area is Café Värmestugan. Here is a nice heating cabin with a café part and a lovely terrace facing south.

Restaurant HovÄrken and Café Värmestugan have seasonal activities and are open between December-April. Aktivitetshuset is open during Lofsdalen Bike Park's opening hours during the summer and Skybaren is also open during parts of the summer and can be booked by closed parties throughout the year.

The total turnover of the restaurants is approximately SEK 14 million. Lofsdalens Fjällanläggningar charges a fee in the form of commission on sales and provides premises incl. required equipment.
